Great book to remember our trip! Book was not wrapped, which I do not like because it damages the book & cover
A really phantastic book for African wildlife lovers! The more it is regretable that I received it damaged because of improper packaging in a caton which was far too big for the size of the book. On top of that the paperwork was wrong so that the German Post was not able to deliver and I had to drive to the customs office myself in order to release it.
What this lacks in colour photographs it more than makes up for in colourfull stories from even more colourfull characters
We saw this book when we visited Chobe Game Lodge and really wanted it, but they wouldn't ship it and it weighed to much to take along on the rest of our trip. I was very happy to see it at Amazon when I checked for it once I returned home. It made a great Xmas present for my husband and I also bought a second copy for some friends that had visited that area of Botswana an a previous trip with us.
I gave this as a gift, but thought it looked great. The pictures are very spectacular. last four word as required.

This review is second hand as it was a gift. However, the couple that received it, having been to Africa twice on safari and planning another one in the future, absolutely raved about it.
